Automated SMT & Wave Soldering
Core circuit boards are produced on in-house automated SMT lines and wave-soldering equipment. High-precision pick-and-place, reflow profiling and solder-joint inspection keep every charger PCB electrically consistent and reliable from the very first process step.
100% Aging & Burn-in Testing
Every single charger — lead-acid, lithium, or smart station — goes through continuous aging and burn-in testing before shipment. Full-load and high-temperature cycles screen out early-life defects, so only units that truly endure reach your warehouse.
Strict Quality Control Laboratory
A dedicated QC lab runs electrical-safety, surge, high-voltage, output-accuracy and drop tests with oscilloscopes, multimeters and surge generators. Combined with pre-shipment full inspection by a professional QC team, we keep the defective rate at an industry-leading low level.
